Before my studies, I worked as a car mechatronic for around seven years, where I specialized in the field of system diagnostics. My training course was divided into a craft area, with metalworking and engine technology, and a diagnostic area, with electrical engineering and module electronics. However, I wanted to develop further in other areas and therefore I decided to study „Manual and Material Culture“ at the New Design University in St.Pölten. This study focused, besides the learning of a craft, especially on a cultural-scientific understanding of the material culture, as well as the understanding of connections between objects and the human being.

After graduation, I started my own business as a designer / freelance artist, a profession that I also practice during my studies at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. At the master’s program „Art and Science“, I can combine my passion for designing with my urge to research, in order to combine current scientific achievements with creative processes.
